Butters Brand Product Warranty is as follows:
Butters Brand guarantees all our products will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from purchase date.
What is not covered after 30 days:
- Any conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in materials and workmanship.
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product(s)
- Damage of any product resulting from negligence.
- Damage from failure to follow washing instructions, including the use of bleach or other harmful chemicals.
- Damage from failure to follow the installation instructions provided by Butters Brand, either from our website or in written form.
- Use of products outside of intended purposes.
- Theft of product(s)
- Loss of product(s)
Depending on the nature of the defect and product availability, we will either: (1) replace your product, (2) issue you a refund. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses concerning warranty returns. It is highly recommended that you purchase tracking and insurance for your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost returns.
